神戸大学は26日、大学院修士課程に経済数理データ科学専攻（仮称）を2027年度に新設すると発表した。データサイエンスの手法でデータを分析し、経営や政策に生かせる人材を育てる。柱となる課題解決型学習で三井住友銀行と連携する。初年度の入学定員は15人で、経済学や統計学に加えて機械学習、プログラミングを教える。28年度は経済学部に経済数理データ科学コース（同）を設け、学部と大学院の一貫教育を始める。
